This Libraries Week (4-10 October), CILIP is celebrating the central role that libraries play in supporting active and engaged communities. We are looking to showcase the many ways that libraries in all sectors support their community through case studies that demonstrate best practice, innovation and the difference made to people’s lives. We would love HLG members to get involved by submitting your case studies showcasing what great work health libraries do to support our communities every day. If you would like your library to be involved – read on!
The case studies can be up to 500 words, we welcome accompanying photos and testimonials. Or you may wish to supply this in a video or presentation format; all contributions are welcome. This can be work that takes place year-round or focused on a particular project, service or initiative. We want to hear about all the diverse ways that you are taking action in your library and working with or for your community.
A selection of case studies will be featured on the Libraries Week website and shared via the Libraries Week social channels in the lead up and during Libraries Week, 4-10 October. Please send your case studies by Friday 20th August 2021 to chairHLG@cilip.org.uk.
We look forward to receiving your case studies!
